Went to a certain clinic for a full (expensive!) treatment, then had to use the 30-day guarantee for another treatment, went through 2 large bottles of their active rinse plus used the preventative shampoo and conditioner, and still had the problem. This stuff finally did the trick. I got a good quality lice comb. We didn't have the time to comb through every day as recommended but she was still lice-free in a week. I applied the Wipeout product in my dry hair immediately and saturated my hair from roots to tips and massaged into my scalp. I left the cream in my hair for about an hour. I know it's going to take some more time, but this product stripped 100's of eggs out of my hair and they were sliding out very easy. Nothing else I have used in the months I have been going through this worked..and nothing else I've used including Apple cider vinegar could get them out as well.
